How long will it take for me to get my order? We strive to have your piece of Lapis Beach Jewelry in your hands as quickly as possible. We also believe in great communication. We will email you and confirm we received your order. We will also email you when your piece is finished and ready to ship. Since each piece is completely hand made, some time is required to make it. Larger pieces may take a week; but smaller pieces could be in the mail within 1-2 days!
Can I pick different colors for my piece? Yes and no. Each mix contains many different beads and stones. We can sometimes adjust those contained in a specific mix with no charge; however custom requests (mixes we do not have) will have an additional $25 charge.
What is your return policy? We want you to love your jewelry! We will accept a return as long as the piece shows no signs of wear. If you “broke” a pendant or clasp – we will be happy to fix it for you for a nominal fee.*** BTW – our magnets are very strong- you must SLIDE them apart – rather than pull- or you will pull out one side of the magnet.
What is your hostess incentive for having a party? Our hostess can apply 20% of the sales from their party to be used toward any Lapis Beach merchandise. We will also have multiple purchases discounts and bring raffle items if your party has a certain amount of guests.
I do not live in MD but would like to host a party- Can I? If you own a piece of our jewelry and your friends have loved it- we’re happy have you host a WEBSITE party. No matter how hard we try to photograph the jewelry, we believe people need to see it in person to truly see how complex each knitted piece is. Contact us and let us know what you own and what your friends are interested in. We will figure something out.
How can I design colors for my wedding? If you will be purchasing a large number of “matching cuffs”, we will be happy to work with you on the colors. There may a nominal one time fee for new mixes, but it would not be for each piece.
